Idaho Rush SOccer Club

(CAP) College Advisory Overview

PURPOSE

Idaho Rush College Advisory Program (CAP) serves the college-bound player in a number of different areas. Starting with the freshman year of high school and continuing through their senior year, this program provides information in such areas as: College preparation, College athletics, College contact preparation, College research assistance, Admissions counseling, Recruiting and ACT/SAT guide. The CAP is designed to serve high school-age students and provide them with an avenue to ask questions, perform research, and provide feedback for both the academic and athletic aspects of their collegiate career. Idaho Rush accomplishes this by meeting with each team during the seasonal year to provide:

  • Information on both academic and athletic endeavours.
  • Discuss any questions that they players may have.
  • Review any information that the players may have prepared themselves.
  • Discuss any questions that the parents may have.

With the college contacts, relationships and friendships Idaho Rush Soccer has established through the years we are able to help with the initial search, selection and attendance of thousands of NCAA, NJCAA and NAIA schools. Our advisors have guided over 200 alumni on to collegiate levels of play and more than 1.8 million athletic scholarships awarded.

Our support and assistance continues through the player's collegiate career. The club provides an outlet to players looking to transfer for just about any given situation. As these same players reach adulthood and look at the next steps after college, the club is there. Players seeking employment in and around the soccer community can call on Rush staff for assistance and consideration.

2022 DREAM CLUB MEMBERS

Ten New Members added to the Dream Club

2022 DREAM CLUB

Idaho Rush is proud to announce that ten new players have been added to the DREAM club. The 2022 graduates takes the total to 89 dream club members since its inception in 2008. Idaho Rush recognize those college bound players that have finished their career as a competitive player after playing eight or more years with the club by inviting them to be part of our DREAM CLUB. The club honors those players who exemplify the character we expect of Rush players.

The DREAM program was started by CEO Lee Riley as a way of rewarding an individual’s loyalty among many others qualities. D.R.E.A.M is an Acronym for Devoted – Reliable – Enthusiastic – Accountable – Mentor. Three thousand dollars ($3,000) is allocated each year to be shared equally by qualifying recipients as a onetime check from Idaho Rush up to a maximum of $500 that would help them in their first year at college.
