TRAINING SCHEDULE

Rush is thrilled to introduce our new WINTER STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING partnerships with Rock and Armor (Meridian) and Pivot (Boise), aimed at equipping our players with a distinct competitive edge within the valley during the winter season, while also providing convenient locations to cater to all of our members' needs. In addition to our Futsal training schedule at the Boys and Girls club, both R&A and Pivot present you with a unique opportunity to elevate your winter training regimen, enabling you to emerge stronger and healthier, positioning you at your optimal best for the upcoming Spring competitions. 

Each program is designed as a comprehensive 10-week training program starting after Thanksgiving and running till February to elevate your performance to the next level. For more information on each program, kindly click the links below.

Goals of the program

We will work on Speed, Agility, Strength, and Power to help create the foundation for an overall better athlete. The focus will be on technique of each movement to improve the efficiency in which your athlete moves on the field. From there, we will help to increase the power in which those movements are executed.
