We are excited to announce that Armando Sosa has returned to the club as Girls Youth Director. And will start immediately. Girls Program Director Olly Frick says “I am excited to bring Armando back to Idaho Rush. Since Sosa left we have kept in close contact and when the opportunity came for Armando to return we wanted to make it happen. Armando will be a great addition to the girls program with his energy and passion. I am excited to get to work with Armando again and continue to move the girls program in the right direction.
Armando returns after leaving in 2018 where he spent the last few years in West Virginia as an Assistant Director at FC Alliance and a coaching member of West Virginia University Men’s Soccer Program. Armando currently holds his USSF C License and will be obtaining his USSF B shortly. Armando previously spent time in England working at Arsenal FC where he obtained his FA Level 2 license.
Armando says “I am grateful for the opportunity to come back to Idaho Rush and am excited to be joining the team again. The players and coaches have built a rich tradition of creating excellence in developing players and I’m excited to invest my energy and knowledge to helping to keep pushing the program forward. I can’t wait to get started”
